Quaternary ammonium salt content: 55% -60%
1. As a cationic surfactant, it is easily soluble in water and acetone, butanol, benzene, chloroform, dimethylformamide, dioxane, ethylene glycol, methyl (ethyl or butyl) at room temperature. It is a solvent on cellulose, as well as acetic acid and water. It is soluble in carbon tetrachloride, dichloroethane, styrene, etc. at 50 ℃.
2. Stable for 5% dilute acid and alkali, it will decompose when the temperature rises above 180 ℃.
3. It can be mixed with cationic and non-ionic surfactants, but should not be used in the same bath as anionic surfactants.
[Product Application]
1. Suitable for eliminating static electricity in the spinning of synthetic fibers such as polyester, nylon, and chloroprene, with excellent anti-static effect. The antistatic agent SN can be used alone, or it can be mixed with other oil-free surfactants and emulsifiers to form an aqueous solution, so that the fiber tow can pass through the above lotion to eliminate static electricity, and the amount is generally 0.2-0.5% of the fiber weight.
2. Can be used as a leveling agent for polyacrylonitrile.
3. Eliminating static electricity from plastic products in the plastic industry can be used as an electrostatic eliminator for polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene films, and plastic products. Dissolve the anti-static agent SN in an appropriate solvent, mix it with a small amount of plastic powder, dry it, and then add this material to all plastic powder. Process according to the usual method, and the recommended dosage is generally 0.5-2% of the weight of plastic.
4. Used as an electrostatic eliminator in the production of spinning rollers using nitrile rubber.
5. Real silk electrostatic eliminator.
6. Polyester simulation silk fabric alkali reduction promoter.
7. Asphalt emulsifier.
